Mentorship is more than guidance—it's a lifeline. It’s the difference between being heard and being overlooked, between potential and achievement. By connecting girls and young women with mentors who guide, inspire, and uplift them, we are building a generation of powerful, resilient leaders. YWE is committed to strengthening the leadership of girls and young women through training on six key themes:
Human rights and gender equality (including women's rights)
Feminism
Sexual and reproductive health rights
Leadership and mentoring
Self-esteem
Sexual and gender-based violence
Through regular group sessions and one-on-one mentorship, girls gain confidence, critical thinking skills, and the courage to overcome barriers. They learn to advocate for their rights, stand against gender-based violence, and lead their communities toward positive change.
